1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter – the Agreement) defines the terms of use of the website uac.by (hereinafter – the Site), owned by Limited Liability Company “ArmGrossCorporation” (UNP 193485868, hereinafter – the Operator, the Company).
1.2. This Agreement, as well as the Personal Data Processing and Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, are public documents and are binding on all persons visiting the Site and/or using its functionality (hereinafter – the User).
1.3. Use of the Site, including viewing pages, filling out forms, submitting inquiries, constitutes the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and the aforementioned policies. Disagreement with any provision requires immediate cessation of Site use.
1.4. The Site is intended for familiarization with the Company’s activities, obtaining informational, accounting, and legal consultations, as well as for submitting inquiries, applications, and other information from users.
2. Legal Status of the Parties

2.2. User – Any individual or legal entity visiting the Site and/or using its forms, sections, information, and functionality.
3. Terms of Site Use. User Rights and Obligations
3.1. The User has the right to:
Familiarize themselves with materials posted on the Site for personal non-commercial use.
Use feedback forms and Site functionality for purposes consistent with its intended use.
Contact the Operator regarding Site use and services provided.
3.2. The User undertakes to:
Use the Site exclusively for lawful and good faith purposes.
Not disrupt the Site’s functionality by technical or software means.
Not attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its components.
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal data when using feedback forms or ordering services.
Use materials provided on the Site only within the limits permitted by this Agreement and legislation.
3.3. The User is prohibited from:
Using the Site for unlawful purposes, including disseminating illegal information.
Posting or transmitting through Site forms knowingly false, inaccurate, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful information.
Using automated scripts (bots, parsers) to collect information from the Site without the Operator’s written permission.
Transmitting via forms or otherwise viral, malicious, or destructive code.
Forging technical headers, email addresses, IP addresses, or other information to mislead the Operator or other users.
Interfering with the structure, design, or code base of the Site.
Violating the copyright and other intellectual property rights of the Operator or third parties.
3.4. When submitting any form on the Site, the User confirms their consent to the terms of processing their personal data as set out in the Personal Data Processing and Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All materials posted on the Site, including texts, articles, logos, graphic images, photographs, video materials, documents, diagrams, and other design and content elements, are intellectual property objects of the Operator or are used by it lawfully and are protected by the intellectual property legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
4.2. Use of Site materials (reproduction, distribution, public display, making available to the public, adaptation, modification, etc.) is permitted only with the Operator’s written consent. Non-commercial use of quotations to the extent justified by the purpose of quotation is permitted provided the source (Site uac.by) is indicated with an active hyperlink.
5. Liability of the Parties
5.1. User Liability:
The User is liable for all actions performed when using the Site, including the completeness and accuracy of the data provided.
Providing the Operator with inaccurate, knowingly false, fictitious, or others’ personal data may result in refusal to process the inquiry, provide services, and other consequences provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus (including liability for violation of personal data legislation).
In case of the User’s violation of this Agreement, legislation, or third-party rights, the Operator has the right to restrict or block such User’s access to the Site, delete submitted data, and take other measures provided by law.
5.2. Operator Liability:
The Operator strives to ensure uninterrupted Site operation and relevance of posted information but is not liable for temporary technical failures, Site downtime due to reasons beyond its control, or possible losses incurred by the User as a result of such failures.
The Operator is not liable for Users’ actions violating legislation or third-party rights when using the Site.
The Operator is not liable for the content of third-party websites linked to from the Site. Following such links is at the User’s own risk.
The Operator processes the User’s personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Processing and Privacy Policy and is liable for its protection under the law.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
6.2. All disputes arising from Site use and this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, at the Operator’s location.
6.3. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The new version of the Agreement takes effect upon publication on the Site. The User undertakes to regularly review the current version. Continued Site use after amendments constitutes the User’s acceptance of the new version.
